Coronavirus and Shipping?
Due to the Covid 19 uncertainty, any orders getting stuck in the supply chain due to new shelter in place mandates by state/country, will not receive a refund UNTIL they are tracked at the customers home address and returned back to our company through a return request. At this time, all shipping companies are operating operating with some delays. With that said, every customer agrees to this new term.

Assembly/Disassembly?

The bag comes shipped with the rods inserted in the sleeving. We highly recommended you take the rods out and do not attempt to reclose it with the rods still in the sleeving. You may insert the rods into the backpack when not in use. Contact us for additional assembly instructions, though it is fairly simple to do.

Can I leave my baby unattended in this Diaper Bag?

Absolutely not. When your baby is in the expanding section, under no circumstance should you leave them unattended for safety reasons. Our Diaper Bag is not meant to be used as a crib. It is an alternative for many things, but sleeping and unsupervised lounging is not one of them.

Where do you ship from?
Our bags are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. Primarily we ship out from fulfillment centers in the United States. If the item you've purchased is out of inventory in your nearest location we'll send it directly from our production lines in Guangzong. These orders are sent with Premium YunExpress shipping which quickly arrives in the US in 3-5 days after the order is shipped. Promotional items, limited quantity items and sale items can take an additional 3-5 days on top of the shipping time to arrive due to high demand and will likely ship directly from our production line.

How do I return or exchange a defective item?
Our return policy lasts 14 days beginning only when our package is delivered to your address.

What if the item I ordered arrives broken or damaged?
We'll make it up to if you in the case that it does. We take great care in selecting the manufacturers of our curated collections. If you discover a flaw or fault in the item please contact us within the first 14 days of receiving that item and we'll work it out with you.
